I've 'just' ordered the Leg Magic (when I 'just' I mean I've had it for ages but haven't used it yet due to all the kids mum has in the house.) After the kids have gone I do tend to use it. But only when everyone's gone to bed, because quite frankly I have a dodgy relationship with my family, so I don't work out when they're in the room. I was just wondering, has anyone brought the Leg Magic, it apparently works your abs aswell as your thighs & butt, the onmly problem is I can't see any difference in my abs. Does anyone else have this problem ?

Sounds like a seasoning mix....

I have never heard of it!

Oh - and sorry, but difference in your abs is going to require consistent exercise and proper diet.

Amy, I just looked it up online. I thought it sounded like cellulite cream! You stand on these sliding pad things and your legs slide in and out. Basically like a jumping jack except that you don't jump, and your entire upper body stays stationary.
I don't know Dance, I'm all for any work out that gets you up and moving. If it works for you, great. However, in looking at it online (and I've seen the ads on TV for it before), I would say that I wouldn't waste too much good exercise time on this piece of equipment. Seems like it would be good for hip adduction/abduction but that's about it. If you hadn't already bought it, I'd tell you to save your money. :)

Here a link on it https://www.buylegmagic.com/?cid=291489

My thoughts on this is it would be a real nice warm up for a leg day to use from time to time, jump on it for 5 minutes get that heart rate up and them legs ready for a real workout.

Also it could be use as a cool down too!

As for it getting real results that people really are looking for I do believe you do have to go through all the stuff they say you don't need to!

Ok now since I did some positive on it heres the real truth I feel about it.

It's just another lazy persons way of trying a gimmick to achieve something that people work hard for but only want to put out minimal effort to get it!

Most people would be better off front squatting for 5 minutes a day.

I'll never understand exercise fads...
