What exactly are "Good Mornings?" I'm looking to get a six-pack but I have a bad back. Am I screwed?

Hey bretto, go up to the ft Exercise Resources and select Muscle Targeting, from there select Back & Trapezius. You will find 'Good Mornings' listed under lower back. They are a lower back exercise and whether or not you achieve a 6-pack has nothing to do with them. You will need to have a solid diet first, coupled with an ab routine. Good luck.

Good mornings are a back excercise. This is one of those excercises that are really good for you, but hardly anyone does (except mostly powerlifters). I HIGHLY recommend working good mornings into your routine. These will strengthen your lower back, which will help you perform a variety of excercises better (like squats, deadlifts, etc). Use caution if you have a bad back. I would still try to do these if possible, though. Just be very careful and stretch.
