Hey everyone! I hope you all survived the holidays! As we move into a New Year I was wondering what your Goals are. I don't like to make resolutions. Resolutions are like a road block. Goals are better because they put us on a path that changes as we head toward our goal.

Happy Holidays to you two, ltroisi and Phila and to anyone else who pops on this message ctr. Great News Phila2! Maybe someday, I'll get to a point where I can possibly do something of the sort. WILL TAKE YRS! But, yep, I'm setting up some goals, going to make better effort to change my diet, do more cardio and maybe try training via here versus what they give me at the spa I go to. I tell ya, just what what I've done this past year, you just feel SO much better about yourself and in clothes. I can't wait to improve more! You just glow internally, I wish more people would give it the effort and realize what a high it is for yourself. Takes time, but worth it in results! Hopefully the new yr lands me a job too! To all of my freetrainer buddies: May 2002 be successful for you!

Happy New Year to all. I have am looking forward to 2002! Its great how the first day of the year reves us up to get going with renewed vigor! I have many newe fitness as well as professional goals to concentrate on. Due to my lofty goals at work I do not plan to compete (NPC Figure) until late in the year 2002. Also have a goal of getting my low back straightened out SOON.
Best Wishes to all Leslie

Go Girl,

I have been watching/using this site for about 2 months with no success. I keep quitting and starting again. Maybe part of my problem is that I'm not using all the features, so here I am.

I'm also on the patch...So wish me luck!

I will stop smoking,
I will stick to an exercise plan
I will have more energy to spend on my kids
I will loose 45 pounds this year

and ....

I will find a man to make love to on a regular basis :-)

Good choices and agree with L on your last one! Ye haw~ once you see yourself changing from working it out...you feel some confidence in how you look in your skimpies! And Rberger. best of all your quitting smoking which will be great for your health. You're on the right track and I swear - once you get into the swing of working out - you become loyal coz...you enjoy the progress from it! Nothing like showing it off too!!!!!!!
