This was the diet that was made up for me by the site.
1) is 4000 cards and 240 protein daily too much
2) if i do cardio with a muscle mass building work out won't it stop progress.
3) good overall work out that is geared toward mostly shoulder and back growth.(is it not good to only do shoulder and back if that what i feel will make me look bigger or should i work the legs and chest)
4) is it true that working the legs gets your overall body bigger because i don't care too much about my legs.

The cals seem a little high but I do not know what you want to do nutritionaly. A little cardio will not stop it, but keep it under control. The protein is ok, you need at least 1-1.5 grams of it per pound of body weight. For the workouts stay with the basics shoulder presses, throw in some upright rows and shrugs. Back deadlifts and chins and rows are the best. Yes you should work out each bodypart, after all what goo would a huge back and shoulders witha puny chest and arms and legs? I would suggest adding some benching for chest and if the very least do squats for legs. That exercise alone will add size over the whole body as will deadlifts. Hope this helps.....

Well, mutt, you are making more and more a believer out of me in your knowledge of the sport. Very good reply. The calorie count of his diet does jump out a little on the high side, but not knowing his size and goals, kind of hard to tell.
