I have the Pro version and think it's worth the 44.95 per year. The overall layout is much nicer and easier to navigate plus there are a few other perks.

flyonthewall Posts: 1,823 Joined: 2005/01/18	2007/10/26, 04:48 PM You can use the log, the food tracker is customizable(sp), you get access to the pro members discussion thread(secret handshake, etc), the exercise database is better. The free version of FT gives you most of what you need, but I do prefer the upgraded version, and to me, $45 for a year is pretty good value.
