over the last month i haven't added anything to my bench press along with some other exercises how much might lack of sleep affect this im 17 i usually get about a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight More? i checked the message boards but couldn't find much any help would be appreciated. if i dont get enough sleep would it be a bad idea to lift the next day. I cant sleep because of these penguin games i can be tired and then watch the game and be wired. playoffs! its just frustrating when i go to do an exercise and expecting to be able to lift more and then not being able to.

What's your priority: personal gains or hockey on TV? Don't ever let anything get in the way of your goals.

Discipline...

It's amazing how far eating more and sleeping more can go. Most people that think they are "overtrained" are actually just undereating and undersleeping.
