I read about an intermediate workout schedule that is mon.upperbody...tues.lower then a day off then thurs.upperbody and fri.lowerbody and two days off.It sounds pretty intense..does F.T. have a program like this?Anyone who has done this...what kind of results did you have? I am looking for more intense routine...any suggestions???

Sean, you got thousands of different work out routines out there and what works for one person doesn't necessairly work for another.
The best way to know if this routine is good for you, is to try it!!! (but do it for at least 4 weeks to see if you get some good results or not)

The 12-week mass program is designed around a 4-day training split. Why don't you give it a try? Many have had very, very good results...

I definetly suggest the 12 week mass program. I have been lifting for awhile and this program is really kickin my butt!
