Sometimes when I get up and move suddenly from a relaxed position, I'll feel light headed and occasionally my vision clouds for a quick moment. Sometimes when this happens I'll feel like I'm about to faint for about 7 seconds. I don't lose my balence or anything, but it's a really weird rush..I'm not in great shape right now and was wondering if it could be a result of just being out of shape. The weird thing is is that it doesn't happen all the time and the intensity varies.

Do you feel weak? Kind of shaky? If so, this could be low blood sugars, maybe even the beginning of type 2 diabetes.

Don't want to be an alarmist, need more info, but it is a question.

My first geuss would be diet, then rest. Like bb1 said, don't want to be an alarmist but maybe seeing a Dr. wouldn't be a bad idea if it becomes to bothersome. Some simple bloodwork may give you the answer. Make sure you have a workout partner in the meantime. Best of luck!

Often referred to as a "headrush".
Most likely caused by your blood pressure equalizing as you go from sitting/lying to a standing position. If that is the case, slowly move from one position to the next and the problem should be greatly reduced. Happens to many, many people and is usually not serious.
Still wouldn't hurt to check with your Dr. though.

Occasionally if I hold my hand out or something, it's sometimes kinda shakey, but I don't feel weak. I'll probably check with a docter just to make sure though.

what lubthemtorts said. I have this happen to me whenever I am dieting (causes lower resting blood pressure). Doctor says its a combination of bradycardia (low heart rate) and hypotension (Low blood pressure).

Iron and chalk.

Pain is only temporary, it is in your mind. If you can still walk, then you can still run.

This happens to me too, most noticeably after I finish a set on the prone leg curl machine or the donkey calf machine. I'm 6' 3" and have lowish blood pressure as it is. If it comes on really strong just sit down for a minute until everything sorts itself out.

Sounds like blood sugar to me...if I go to long without eating I'll get the same feeling. Used to happen a lot when I was out of shape and wasn't eating enough.

Also I've heard to be careful if you're taking any fat burners...they can thin out your blood and quick movements after being a rest can cause this. My younger years I used to work 12 hr nights 5-6 days a week and sort of got hooked on Ephedrine (which is why I don't like taking it now) and experienced this a lot.
