Probably not the best person to give advice for this since I always lose this but... I usually think its most of your shoulder and tricep.. you probably should focus on everything rather than maybe just your arms to win at arm wrestling.. here is an old article (from last year i think?) by maxim on it...

Also there are some different workouts to build up your arms rather than what ft gives.. but this is more of strength then the look

Not knowing anything about your present training and nutrition, I'll say this:
I know a professional arm wrestler who, by looking at him, you would say he couldnt arm wrestle a flea let alone win a few championships. His training consisted mostly of heavy forearm training, with support work for the delts, lats, and biceps. Training for a strong grip will always help as well.
