Whilst sitting in the back of the car feeling my arm (and if you don't know what I'm talking about you're probably on the wrong website - see "might be a BB if...", and "you know you're a musclehead when" threads)
I suddenly was aware of a hitherto unnoticed bulge in my forearm -
A NEW MUSCLE - HOW EXCITING!
Brachioradialis, unless I'm very much mistaken.
Smiling and flexing my forearm for the rest of the day

I was really embarrassed one day when, while supervising a client doing ab work, I was caught feeling my biceps...I didn't even realize I was doing it, and she looks at me and says 'Is it still there?' oops, but you can't help it once they emerge, can you?

Oh what a feeling, eh princess? Try extending your arm at a 45 degree angle in front of you and give a slight twist to the outside. Thats a cool view!
