Ok I want to complie a list of all the good and bad effects:
1. Better health
2. Stronger
3. increased confindence
4. more active
5. Increased self esteem

Well there are a few, what else can YOU add?

7.Bad...if you lift to heavy to young(no guidance)it can put you in alot of pain when your older(my poor hubby:()
So always be willing to help out those youngins!
8.Good...it helps the weight come off faster than cardio alone(if this is your goal)
