Ok, some days I will have around 3 shakes or so... which is ok for me because all the stuff I eat during the day is under my caloric limit. I will usually have some beef patties and chicken strips too which also have a lot of protein. Sometimes when I eat these things though, the next day my stomach is really bloated and I feel sick and sometimes get sick, having the chills or feeling really hot, and being sick to my stomach. What causes this? Even though it did wonders for me and my fat loss...

Well, could anyone help me with this? The only time that it's been happening is on days or after days I take in a lot of protein.

Has it always been a problem? Is there a chance your alergic? Could it be expired protein? Maybe you just taking in too much food/protein shakes altogether. What's your shake consist of? Is it at certain times, like after your workout? Do you workout?

Definitely not allergic to any of the foods though. This seems more of an indigestion problem than anything else.

what else are you eating during the day....might not be the protein that is causing it....how do you prepare your food?

In my case I get the bloated when having more then 1 shakes a day OR most definitely after beef patties, my stomach can`t deal with those.
Also, you mentioned that consume patties and chicken fingers most of the times, you may want to eat different variety of food.
