there isn't the exercise i asked about!:( or maybe there is but not by the name i know it. This is how it's described in bruce lee's book but I can't understand it. I hope someone does!
This exercise builds strongs wrists, forearms, biceps, triceps, and brachialis muscles. The dumbbells are simultaneously rotated in vertical circles in front of the body, with the wrists turned up at the bottom of the outward arc and turned down on the inner arc.
