I have always been an athletic and active person. In highschool I played football and basketball which was a year round task, so I always managed to stay in pretty good shape... for the most part. When I graduated HS I was at an all time weight low(180 lbs) and I was very pleased with myself. Over the next 2 years I have managed to keep my weight the same, 180 lbs. Just recently, I decided I could improve my overall look, so I started to watch what I was eating and hit the weights/cardio hard. It has been about 2-3 months since I started this task. In the begining I was around 14% bodyfat. I was hoping to lower my bodyfat to 10%, hoping that my abs would start to show. After 2-3 months I am down to 11.5 % bodyfat. My new gaol is to get to 8%.

I am leaving my house for 6 days to go work at a summer camp. I don't think there are any weights, and I'm pretty sure the food is not going to be diet "safe". I just hope all the hard work I put in over the last 2 months will not wash away over the next week. Wish me luck!

Also,I just wanted to say thanks for the advice to all the good people who have helped me. Without your help, I would have been lost on many things.

Thanks

pack some of those workout bands & use them to help keep your execrise up

most camps give you a choice of food - pick the lesser of the evils but keep busy & you should be just fine
