im 21 years old, and am on a carb cycling program. 3 days low carbs, 1 day high carbs. last nite (friday), i was on a low carb day, and decided to go drinking with my friends at night. after about 5 shots of vodka (which is usually nothing too much for me) i couldnt walk, fell on my friends bed and passed out till 930 am. if i am giong to drink, which is rarely now, should i try to make it on a high carb day??

I bet you can already guess the answer to this... don't drink, it is counterproductive to your goals and life.

While on a low carb diet, your tolerance to alcohol will be significantly compromised. My solution for this problem is usually the same as ASimmer's.
