Yeah, that won't work. Like my mother always told me, and her mother told her, you have to suffer to be beautiful.

You don't drink every night do you? I think that is like anything else. I love Bacon Cheeseburgers and French Fries and I can have one every now and then. I usually go out on friday night and have a beer or two with a Cheeseburger. Every other day, with few exceptions, I keep it in line.

well typically a beer is about 300 - 340 Calories. So even 2, is probably about an hr on the treadmill or Cardio machine. Your kidding yourself to say a few extra crunches will work it off for sure. If your having more than 2-3, more than once a week, you will hinder your weight loss for sure.
Just a quick note, one gram of Alcohol is equal to one gram, of Fat. They are both 9 Calories.
In moderation it is ok, depending on your Goals. But if you want to lose as much weight as possible in the shortest time, then kick the beers for 3-4 mnths. Its not that bad, you can still go out. Have a diet pop. Hell even a Diet coke and rum is less Cal's than a beer. But the Alcohol still adds up to alot of Calories.

Bud light is around 100 calories per 12oz. I definitely understand where your coming from but even when you do have your "off day" you should make the wisest decision possible and trying to lose weight and drinking a 400 calorie Guiness would not be that decision. And for sure crunches wont do much of anything. I have an off day once a week, I think I would fail without it.

Thanks God I gave up drinking and Drugging when I was 21 and now at 38 I don't even want to turn back.
I like what ravenbeaty said.
I thinks it's wrong people believe they have to drink to have a social life.

Your body treats alcohol as a toxin. So it burns the alcohol 1st instead of fat :)
