Lets say for example that i have 25% body fat and I can benchpress 210 pounds. If i brought my body fat % down to 18%, would I still be able to bench 210?This is just assuming that no muscle is lost in the process. Basically what im wondering is if weight matters in strength, because people are always like duh your stronger you way like 30 pounds more.

Depends on the person...for instance, if you are naturally lean, and gain some weight, you will get stronger. When dropping that weight, you will more than likely notice a dropoff in strength.
Fat and sugar along with training will make most stronger. However, as noted, this will more than likely go down when dropping bodyfat.

The main reason im wondering is over like a year i have progressed in benchpress from 205 to 210, im not even kidding. It took me so long, and one of my goals is to lose body fat and i really dont want to lose my benching strength now that im actually getting somewhere.

Drop some weight if you want, strength will always usually come back....droping 10lbs of body fat won't set you to far back.
you might loose maybe 5-10% of your strength, from lose or carbs or sugers/ glycogen.

Reason you lose strength when you lose weight/bf is because you also shed muscle along with that bodyfat....fat in itself has nothing to do with your strength....
I would guess your strength is where it is in bench because your
#1 overall program sucks
#2 your bench specific program sucks
#3 your nutrition is poor
#4 your lifestyle is affecting your performance in the gym
hope you take this the right way..
post your overall program for some constructive criticism ...as well as what you do for bench specific program....also what are your specific goals? are you interested in powerlifting?....there's no reason why you cant be benching double your bodyweight with time and proper training...

if it took you a year to get a 5lb increase in your bench press, then whatever you have been doing for over a year, stop doing it and try something else.

Got to agree with this statement.
