Does anyone know some new exercises that might be fun! i am happy to say my baby weight is almost gone YAHHHH!! but i am doing the same old thing all the time! Try some plyometrics.
What have you been doing? How do we know what is different? You could try one of the at0home routines here, look at the options for exercise programs.

You all need to change workout routine often so you don't get bored and your muscles will not get use to the exercises and stop showing results.......
Ask a personal trainer to show you new exercises and start jumping (plyometrics)!!
