I have made a change to my exercise profile to include the 12 weeks ab workout but my exercise plan has not changed to include this - how do I get this change in my program to be acknowledged?
it is located at the bottom of your schedule in a separate sheet, "Special 12-week Abdominals Program" click on the link next to it to view the program.
