Very few people will cut and gain muscle at the same time. If yourpriority is to cut fat, focu on that. There are some people who are low carb all the time and gain muscle...it just depends on your caloric intake and supplementation.

I intake 3 glass of milk daily with whey protein. Milk has fat. Is this not enough for the body or do I still intake the oil.

yes, and when you are very lowcarb the fat will be a source of energy as well as helping your body free up stored fat..use olive oil or flaxseed oil or fish oil or you can get MCT oil..which is basically coconut oil.

Broccoli, spinach, asparagus, celery, green beans...

go on a cut diet and work out with a superset total body routine for the next two months, do HIIT every day you don't lift and do 30-45 minutes lower intensity cardio after lifting.

Extreme cut diet - protein, about 2g per pound of muscle mass, no carbs other than veggies and TBSP of oil with every meal except post workout.

How is 2 scoops of creatine 600 calories? Sounds like a LOT of sugars and fillers.

Rambo - That workout is horrible, it is not worth the paper it is written on. Lifting for 2 hours is a complete waste of time and unproductive. Have you checked out the routines that are offered on this site? And to answer your question on how Stalone recovered - Steroids. You need to do some more research.

If I were you I'd probably carb cycle for the next 2 months. After those two months I'd reevaluate how I look. If I needed to lose more I'd go severe low carb and up the cardio for about 10 days then the 3-4 days before the audition I'd start carbing up which'll get the muscles to plump up and will also dry up the water retention. It'll probably be better if you come in small and cut rather than bulking and bloated.

I wanna get my bisceps atleast to 16.1/2 so that they appear good in screen and am not sure how Sylvester Stallone recovered from the exercise soreness so soon. Is there any supplement or tablet without any side affect for quick recovery so that it does not affect my split workout. Please suggest.

Hi bb1fit or anyone who can give me great adivice,

I need help over here. I am jobless right now and have been offereed a role in a television serial. The role requies me to have a ripped off mascular physique. I do not want to miss this role. I am getting back into acting after around 4 years and since am jobless now I cant afford to miss this opportunity.

I have around 2 and a half months before I get this mascular ripped off physique. Those guys are yet into selecting the characters and set prepration stuff.

As of now I am 28. I have a kind of lean structure. My weight is 76 now. Bisceps 15 and waist 31. I have been working since several years. I do pretty heavy training.

I have body fat around my abdominals and chest area which I need to get rid off and then get to the mascular look.

I have been searching all across the site and finally came across the Sylvester Stallone split workout routine which I think would work best for me but I am yet not sure. Here is the exercise and diet I intend to follow for the next 2 months. I would appreciate your inputs over here.

Sunday morning- Cardio for 2 hours
Sunday everning- Thighs for 2 hours

Monday- Gym closed

Tuesday morning- Chest/ triceps for 2 hours
Tuesday everning- Cardio for 2 hours

Wednesday morning- Back/ bisceps-2 hours
Wednesday evening- Shoulder/abs for 2 hours

Thursday -OFf

Friday morning-Hamstring and cardio-for 2 hours
Friday evening- Chest/ Tricep for 2 hours

Saturday morning-Back/ bisceps-2 hours
Saturday evening-Shoulder/abs for 2 hours

I will make sure to give atleast 8 hour rest in between. I have loads of time as well as I do not mind spending money too because I will recover all the money once I get this role.

I need to know if there is a better exercise plan you think and mainly I intend to know about the diet.

I plan on going on a low carb and high protein diet as I put on fat very quickly.

I intend to take around 200 gm carb and 300 gm protein diet on daily basis. Most of my protein would come through supplements and I also intake to take 2 skoops of creatine daily.

My total calorie intake below:
200 carb: 200*4 =800 plus 300 protein*4 =1200 plus creatine 2 skoop=600 plus fat content around-150

Total calorie-2700 to 3000.

I plan on working the muscles till failure with heavy weight and with little high wait period between sets.

Please sugesst.

Let me also know If I need to take any additional calcium or vitamin tablets.

I have bought whey protein and cell tech creatine.

I intend to feed myself every 3-4 hours with protein atleast 6 times a day and 4 carbs diet in a day.

Do let me know If I need to increase the protein intake or lower carb or increase exercise duration or workout for 6 days a week whatever, I am ready for all except steriod usage.

Let me know the best way out on this. I need to achieve my goal very desperately.

Thanks
