I sit here at work in my office, pondering why the he** I did not go to the gym yesterday, yet trying to get rid of the guilt feeling that i have for not going. I hate feeling guilty, but yesterday I literally could not move my arms to even wash my hair, I had to get the wife to do that. I am definately going to the gym today, and I even convinced my wife to tag along as well with me today. So I am amazed at that.
As for my diet, I have been keeping that at best standards as I possibly can, but I do have a grocery question for you fellow body fanatics.
Do you all actually write a grocery list down, and actually meal plan for the week? And do you eat the same foods as your spouse? Approx how much do you averagely spend at the grocery store on a weekly basis?

It might be neater for keep all the days you log in one thread. Easier to look back, less messy on the forums... just a suggestion.

I spend around $80 on groceries, and about $70 on campus for food. And this is while eating a lot of rice and other cheap foods. Once I finish moving up to the 181lb weight class, that should drop to around $120 a week total.

Yes, I plan at least a week if not two ahead for meals, lunches and leftovers. A lot of the time my meals end up being lunches either the next day or the following.

Doing that makes sticking to your diet much easier. My wife eats 90% of the same food that I eat. She has different salad dressings, puts cheese on more things, but generally she's on the same page.

The only main difference is that I drink protein shakes and she doesn't. But then again she can stomach a can of tuna and I can't.

And I agree with Steve, keep your log all in one post from now on.
