damnit! I got offtrack from my plan, after the first 5 weeks i was doing every workout right now its kinda like off I dont do all of them and I only do some when I am not tired coming home from school. I need to get back on top (plays Rocky song) eye of the tiger!

A few missed workouts or diet binges is no reason to quit totally! Just use it as reinforcement, for as bad as you feel for missing, that you will not miss anymore. Motivation if you will. Get right back in there.

hey been there, my prob is the diet binge, but there is something to training that keeps you coming back for more! all I got to say is love it and being here you are already showing the movtivation to get back on track. so get down and dirty, you can do it kasper :)
