This may seem stupid but I was wondering is it possible to get stronger whilst cutting? What I mean is if you are cutting is it possible that you could also increase the weights you lift or should this only happen during the bulking phase?

Sorry if this doesn't make sense. I confuse myself at times.

A natural athelete will inevitably lose strength. Just the calorie deprivation will do this.

Supplementation can help and does.

What supplementation do you use when cutting, bb1fit?

Thanks for the reply
