I always suggest just sticking with the basic, old fashioned mirconized creatine powder. I prefer Creapure brand creatine from Germany. Both Universal Nutrition and Prolab use it...

might i add its pretty cheap too, about 15 bucks for 80 servings. cheaper if you're a member, and unlike GNC the membership is free when you spend over $21. Plus everything is simply cheaper (almost half the price) than GNC. My new favorite store...ahhhhh

My optimum nutrition creatine is the micronized "creapure" type. It was $37 for a 400 serving tub. I bought it locally so I'd suggest a websearch.

ive heard mixed reviews on creatine syrum. Ive heard that its much more effective and doesnt cause dehydration, plus its absorbed better. Problem is, ive also heard that it spoils quickly and goes bad. Any one have some usefull info?

I read on a body building site that you lose up to 66% of the creatine that you take in because stomach acid destroys most of it. is this true?
