metalofhonor, I took it for awhile and couldn't figure out why I felt so sick after working out.
Just make the mistake I did. I was taking it before working out when the directions said to do so AFTER working out :)

Pre workpout is probably the best way to go. Blood flow from muscle pumps should help creatine be utilized properly.
There is much debate on the loading stage. Some believe in it, others don't. Either way if you figure it out, it comes out to about the same amount when you figure the usage time to begin to work.
If you are taking too large a dose this could make you nauseaus.

Personnally I do not believe in a loading phase. What I do myself however is I take a stack of two products, the first is around 30 minutes prior to workout. This product contains a Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate complex, and taken that early before the workout gives it time to absorb into the system. I might also add though that this product contains a NO2 complex, which is my primary reason for use. I then follow my workout with a second dose, which is again a Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate complex (3g), and follow with a final dose around 6 hours post workout.
Question though- what reasons for the creatine? Just curious, because I see a lot of people use it for the wrong reason, because some Commission based GNC or Vitamin World Sales clerk pitched it to them spouting false benefits.....

I always took it before as per Ron and instructions that come with it, and never did the loading phase. Keep in mind it is not effective for everone who consumes it (like myself). If you eat a lot of meats and fish, it probably won't help you as you are getting it there. Seems we just discussed this some where on here.
-------------- A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

I just wanted to say that the commission for creatine products isnt super great compared to the NO2 or something else in fact you make less on GNC brand creatine or muscletech cell tech than whey and other products...
