I have been training for a year. Lately I have been getting the chills and feeling cold about 30 minutes after my workoout.
Has anyone else ever experienced this, or know why this is happening?

What is your length of training time? May be a symptom of overtraining????? Just a guess. If it persists, you may have to see someone much more qualified. Good luck.

It's straigt AFTER a work out that we are the most weak (our immune system is way low from the stress) SO it's VERY important to NOT keep on the wet sweaty clothes but change, take a warm shower, put on some dry clothes etc etc

Also taking some glutamine and vit C can help.
