Been watching Dr. Phil huh? hehehe I saw that too and was wondering the same thing myself since it was a personal trainer at Gold's Gym who said it. Hmmmm, gave up my junk food, gave up my drugs and alcohol, getting ready to give up my nasty cigarettes on Dec 2nd, working hard at the gym 5-8 times a week and now I have to give up my coffee too??? Say it ain't so!!

If I was to give up my coffee I would store fat - heck I'd be dragging my bumm around so slowly, no calories would be burnt - now with caffeine I move a little quicker - so thus, I believe I burn more fat! OK, maybe that wasn't technically feasible, but there is no way I will give up my morning java!

Give up coffee-NO WAY!!!

I do however use a cup now instead of a syringe...No coffee could lead to many life threatening things..Fired from job, fighting, sleeping at the wheel, or more importantly the regular daily function...Gotta be regular ya know!!

Sincerely,

Starbuck

Coffee...For me the consequences of drinking it out weigh the benefits. I cheat every now and then...I can't help it I love coffee. Can't live with it can't live without it.

I don't know about you but I'm gonna go with what everyone else says. I especially agree with Java Starbuck (who made me laugh so hard I fell out of my chair hahaha) Weigh the pros and cons, even if it is true, I'm willing to work a little harder at the gym and keep my coffee thank you very much.

Abs!!!What are they? I haven't seen an ab pop out on me since about Highschool..Thought I saw one today when I was drying off my back, but it must have been an illusion, cause no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to pop out again...My son did ask if I was ok, and that he was kinda concerned about me...Guess I kinda looked funny from behind..

Keep laughing out loud!!!!

HaHa fryer. That's a really funny story. Thanks for sharing...I need a perk!

I could almost see my abs when the light hits them just right :)

fryer, you are my kind of guy. If we lived in the same city our wives would make us sit on the back porch so they wouldn't have to listen to us.

Hee haw brother.

Are we talking about a plain old black cuppa joe? Or a Starbucks Venti Mocha Latte w/ extra whip cream and chocolate syrup? That is the coffee I crave and yes I can see that it would add fat to my body if I drank it very often. I think the medium size has like 600 calories and no nutritional value!

charlie; my wife does send me to the back porch at times, but she usually ends up sitting next to me. Usually cause she can't hear what I'm saying or see who I'm talking to. Boy is she suprised when she finds that no one is around.

Humor is a great thing, and to share it with someone is even better.Heck, just the other day I was standing in front of the mirror completely in the buff. I said; will you look at that; I haven't seen that for about a year now. Damn! that suckers starting to get a little definition, but yet it seems to be bulking up. Damn! Well, after the second damn, my wife walked in and asked what I was talking about.

I said, look at that sucker; it seems to be getting bigger but yet define..I haven't seen that on me for about a year. She grabs IT, and states, "I don't really see or feel a difference, well maybe it is".

I said, "dear: let go of the damn thing; I was talking about my quad in my right leg"...

Humor is a great thing, and her and I are still laughing about that one....

Have a good one!

As far as talking with or playing with yourself at least you are doing it with someone you love.
