I am having trouble tightening up the area of my lower chest to my lats. Any suggestions for tightening up my lower chest and giving it a more round look?

Dips, decline bench press, wide grip pullups. These would help build muscle in that area thus tightening it up a little.

Your biggest thing if it isn't "tight" would be to lose some fat in my opinion.

How about your lower outside of your chest. Pretty much the area right beneath your nipples. I do dips and decline. I just cant seem to get that going.
