Flyes work well. In addition to flyes, I love heavy close-grip bench to hit the inner pecs. Superset that with skullcrushers and feel the burn. But if your inner pecs are a weak point, I wouldn't recommend the superset. Do it as a stand-alone excercise on your chest day.

Skullcrushers? I thought that was a tricep exercise? What do you mean?

Keep doing compound exercises, heavy as you can go, like flat benches, inclines and declines. this will fully develope the chest. Then maybe go over to the smith and load it up with as much weight as possible, and do partials close grip. The nice thing about the smith is you don't need a spot, you can put on alot more weight than you can normally use, and have the range to do a great heavy partial movement. this is a great growth trick, as they are a shock to the muscle.

Just one small thing to add to bb1fit's post and I saw a guy in the gym that made me want to add something. A lot of us use the Smith Machine to lift at/or over our max and we do it because we can add the safeties to catch the weight if we blow it. I saw a young gent today attempt a one rep max that wound up back down on his chest. Of course, the safeties weren't used.

noirutla,
Yes, you're right about the skullcrushers being a tricep excercise. I do skullcrushers on my speed bench days. When I reach failure on each work set of skullcrushers, I push out as many closegrip presses as I can. Its a hard superset. Your chest and tris are already pumped from the previous excercises and you feel it everywhere. Give it a shot sometime if you get the chance.

I found attaching the grips to the bottom attachments on the cable crossover, and then using inclined bench start of as if you are going to do a dumbbell fly, only when you lift the weight you can allow your writs to cross. Basically an incline dumbbell fly only with the cable crossover to allow the wrists to cross. This crossing allows you to work the inner pec more, I use about 30% of my max bench and as it is a fairly isolated and safe movement go for high (10-20) reps at the end of a session.

One note of caution, and consider the source, I'm no expert. I was focusing on certain muscles and neglecting others, ended up injured because I wasn't "balanced". Thats why I'm here. Doc recommended a more well rounded workout. For you I guess that means keep working your back if you concentrate on your chest.
