OK, this is a youth directory isn't it. And I was just wandering how many of you have a car or motorcycle. What car or motorcycle you would like to have, that sort of stuff...

Easy question, 2001-2 Porshe Carrera, and Harley Softail. Right now I drive a Pontiac, but might be getting myself a bike to ease my commute.

I plan to get my Porsche in the next two years. :) Have you actually looked at Hummers Michael? I was looking at them when I was at the dealership to buy my current car. They don't look like that much fun to drive. Kinda cramped, especially for a guy your size.

I saw a hummer at a car show.. their biiiiiiiig... Or at least the one I saw was.. the interior I couldn't really see of course.. but i'd imagine they'd fit anyone pretty nicely... I've seen some pics of an interior before.. didn't look that cramped...

i've driven them before... almost bought one about 6 weeks ago, but it wasnt the exact model i wanted. they r big, and thats how i do everything: in a very big way! LOLOL

whats great about them is that u can totally deck them out, like my friend did (16 inch flat screen, PS2, 10 disk cd/dvd player, etc.), and still beat the hell out of them in the dirt. i mean, how many people do you know that will actually go 4x4-ing in their mercedes or lexus SUV?
and, unlike basically every other "luxary car," when you see one, u have no doubt what it is. if you put a lexus and a toyota next to each other and take off the emblem, most people couldnt tell them apart.

I have a white 2000 Celica. I guess you would call that a chick car. I'm into small cars. I'd like to have a Jetta and a convertible Eclipse.

I really like those big American cars, especially the Pontiac Trans-AM. Problem is: the fuel is way too expensive here in Holland. About bikes: I'm driving a Gilera now, but I'm still dreaming of a big Harley Electra-Glide classic...

I just guess that its that some people might take offense to it that or rp is just thinking to keep a friendly evironment here.. words like that could make people think otherwise... anyway if you didn't notice no one here ever seems to be negative.. or at least pretty against it.. if you ever saw someone who was 'a little round' and someone posted up something like 'wow your fat you'll never lose weight' i'm sure 1/2 this board would jump all over that person...

I am an administrator for another board, and I generally don't allow sigs like that either. It just gives those bad people an excuse to mess the board up.

Riced out = lots of cheap mods.. or.. a lot of weird looking bumper and ground effects.. a massive wing or spoiler on the back thats always way bigger than the car will ever be able to take advantage of.. an exhaust that goes "BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ" when they floor it.. white lights.. white gauges.. some freaky looking rims usually.. hrmm and I think that might cover most of it...

OK then...nothing wrong with those so called riced out cars as far as I can see. Have you also got such a bass boost that makes more noise than your exhaust pipe?

Cheap is one thing these mods aren't. They are a money pit if anything. You always have to upgrade or else you'll get smoked on Friday nights. More $$$$= more speed ;)

Yeah, street racing is for bangers. I'm sorry but we've had a number of related injuries and deaths here in the last few months. You got enough money to dump 5-6 grand into suping up a god damn honda then you can pay to rent a race track.

Okay...time to throw in my 2 cents here. There's nothing more annoying than a souped up friggin 4 cylinder car like an Accord or Integra or something. Why do people want to put headers and big spoilers on these cars? They just make a lot of noise and can't really keep up anywhere near a REAL muscle car!! We call 'em push carts over here...they resemble those shopping carts at the supermarket.

Anyway, when I had my Formula Firebird, this guy in an Integra wanted to race. Excuse me? Suffice it to say the guy couldn't keep up even if he had all of his friends to push!

LOL! Go Supacheco!! I'm with you, I've had a few people want to race me in my grand am, but what they don't know is it's only a 4-banger!! It makes me laugh everytime.

I see those "muscle" cars get toasted all the time, by import cars like a Civic lol. Those big cars also drink gas like an alcoholic drinks beer. 4-cylinders get around 24mpg unlike a v8's 10-12 mpg. Some mufflers annoy me too. Racing is only done at a dragway. Don't you know street racing is highly dangerous and illegal :) If insurance wasn't so high, I would much rather have a V8 especially an old boy from the 60s. But I'm selling my car soon for an SUV. lol

No offense, but street drag racing is old and really belongs on the drag strip.

It depends on whether the muscle car is altered. If your talking about taking a gto up stock against a seriously altered civic that's just stupid. Alter the goat and the rice rocket doesn't stand a chance.

We have got a Nissan Impreza 555. It goes from 0-100 km/h in about 6 seconds. With those fat tyres, double exhaust pipe, headers and spoiler quite suitable for dragracing. It has a 500 watt bass boost, sounds great, but we can't use the backseat anymore...

the funniest story: i pit crew for a chevy pro truck off-road racing team. chevy's r & d dept literally gave our chief mechanic a "rough draft" version of a new race engine. they told him that they have already done all of the lab tests; now they needed real world data. he was allowed to keep it for one year and put it in whatever he wanted, and to keep a data log on it.

after modifying the tranny and rear end to handle it, he installed it in his 77 chevy pick up. talk about a sleeper! this truck is as about as boring, low key, and soft spoken as he is. it needs paint, etc, and doesnt look like it could take down a bicycle. the engine puts out over 650 hp, and with all of the low-end from the rear end, its hysterical to watch him dust almost anything on the street, and to see the other cars owner's face when they do catch up to him at the end of the track!

These are the best...inconspicuous, heavily souped up, REAL muscle (car or truck)! Of course, the wheely bars in the back should be a hint...but do people pay attetion?

I own a '90 Ford Probe. It is stock but I was impressed with the 4 popper from the first time I drove it. It pulls you in the seat when you take off, and when you downshift and punch it. First 4 cylinder I have driven that does that!

I like angel5's cars in love/need! Except I'm gonna add one- the new Nissan Z! Woohoo. Now that's what I call a car! I do have a motorcycle though. It's a 2002 Suzuki Savage. It's a low-rider and has a 650cc big single engine. Very nice for me ( I am short and petite). Very nice cruiser, though!

I am really into rare classic cars. When I was a Junior in high school I bought a 1970 Ford Torino Gt convertible/with a 429SCJ, and I have since restored it(just finished about a month ago, about 5 years after buying). I bought a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T conv., it was quick because of the turbo, but it seemed too girly and to expensive to modify, so I sold it and bought a 1965 Mustang for my daily driver(big plans for this). My dad also just gave me his old pride and joy, a 1971 Mustang Mach 1 with the 351 CJ and 4 speed, fun car and really fast. I am also planning on buying a brand new Suzuki GSX-R 750 in the next couple of months. I have always had a thing for crotch rockets and speed, so I am really loving my commute everyday even if gas is expensive and these cars use a lot of it. Besides thats why I am getting the crotch rocket...save fuel and go fast. Plus all my cars are like my dream cars and they are worth a ton of money if I ever want to sell.

All of these cars... geez... a lot of them are very nice... and I love what rev8ball does!!
But my actual car right now is a '91 porsche 911... midnight blue, carerra 2, 6 spd short shift.

Its quite a nice car... but I find it way too small!! I actually want to get a 2001 sunfire GT. Sounds so stupid, but I think it would suit my personality. Lol.

I would love a 1989 Nissan Skyline GTR R32!, but I'd settle for a F40 Ferrari too. Right now I drive a P.O.S., but I'm saving up for a a 1994 or 1997 prelude or an Acura Legend(1991 2dr-looks very similar to a 1989 skyline).
