If I swim in the morning for 45 min a few hours later can I run for 45 min? will that be bad for me? it would burn lots o calories which would be handy since im trying to cut down a bit.

What are your goals? I think you will lose some mass running that much. Make sure you are eating enough to make up for the extreme calorie deficit - the idea that excess caloric expenditure will result in fat loss is misleading - your body may revolt and hoard fat while burning muscle tissue for needed calories.

You would do better to adjust your diet a little, make sure you are maxing out on your weight lifting and save cardio as a last ditch effort.

You can in reality do anything you want. What you need to see bottom line is if you are meeting your percieved goals. If you are not, then a change is in order. Much depends on your recovery threshold. If you are recovering fine, not losing much strength, looking forward to your training, then you are ok. If on the other hand, you are tired or irritable alot, feel like you are getting weaker and have to force yourself to do things, you may look into changing things. As mentioned, it depends on your recovery abilities.
