Ok show of hands who likes doing cardio. I hate it with a passion But I still do it. I joke with my partners that the only time I run is when I'm being chased. No one is Brave enough to chase me. LOL

You just have to make it fun. I love going out running with my dog an early quiet Sunday morning, or giving a good aerobic class where the music and chorographie are in top and you just feel like dancing.
Actually I did 45 mins of Elliptical machine last night, but it didn't feel that long since I had a friend on the stair master and we kept talking about Techo music and Baby dolls!!!
Cardio is important, but if you always do the same and are terrible borred then no good.
Why not listening to some good music or taking a spinning class (you'll get motivated by the others).

You know, it's not the cardio itself that I love (but I also don't dislike it) but the fact that I can run, jump, climb and do lots of other fast mouvements without having to catch my breath after.

My hand is up! I like cardio and I am looking forward to spring because i increase my running as I lean down. It is very beautiful here in the spring summer fall(not winter!) so we run in the hills.

Count me in! Although I get my cardio from tennis. I play competitively (USTA League Tennis) about 2-4 times per week (thank God for indoor courts!). You just don't realize how many of your body's muscles you use during tennis. Aside from that, I don't much else besides weight train...

I am a fitness instructor and teach a kickboxing class that is designed just like a boxer's training day. It is not TaeBo and is a wonderful way to not use machines! Try interval training with jump roping and shadowboxing, 3 minutes at a time! Plyometrics are also a great form of cardio. I do not run, or use machines, but teach all forms of fitness and weight training.
