Hi, I was wondering if anybody could help me create a five day workout program. Due to changes in my schedule, I would like to work out Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and rest Thursday and Friday. I want to focus on upper body because my legs are in pretty good shape, and I also want to do two days of Interval Cardio to burn some body fat. My goal is to gain mass and lose body fat(as is everybody elses goal) :). Im not sure on what days to work out what body parts and what days to throw cardio in. I would appreciate it if some people could give me sample schedules(including abs if possible). Thanks a lot

You need to go to home and fill in your profile, FT gives you workouts for free and benefits if you upgrade to the professional level. It will give you a five day workout program, it starts on Monday's, I believe, but you can adapt to what you can work out, I suppose. The program is all weight training, but you could do cardio on your off days or later in the day after working weights. Good luck and glad to have you here.
