I got a pedometer that tracks distance and time, so I can tell for example last night I walked two miles in 34 minutes..
That's just under 4 mph, so I figure I burned around 170 calories. Pretty weak, I usually go alot faster but I've got serious DOMS from a leg workout two days ago!!
