what are the most efficient, fast working excercises i can do to tone my butt and thighs? my thighs are an area i've struggled with for a while, i just can't seem to get rid of the jiggle.

first off....are you pregnant like your profile says? If so do not try to lose any weight during the pregnancy...eat well and exercise with moderation double check with your dr too before going crazy....women carry that extra weight around that area for a reason. Once the baby has arrived then that will eb the time to lose weight. :)

yea...I wasn't sure when u were planning to do this either....lonegirl is right on...

while you're pregnant, I would just keep in shape by eating well and taking light walks daily....for maybe 20-30 minutes....

those exercises I listed are something to try after the baby arrives and you have time to adjust to everything...

There is a FAQ on exercising when pregnant - check it out. Y

Your body takes a while to recover from the changes of pregnancy (up to 18 months, hormonally), ease back into your ruotine and focus on consistency as opposed to intensity while you recover from pregnancy/birth.
