Hi all.

I'm new here to free trainers. I need an effective exercise routine that will help me lose a cup size (since I know you can't spot reduce). I am 4'10, 104 lbs, and a 34D, which is way too large for my body. I know that losing weight should lose the cup, but should I really lose 5-10 lbs? I don't mind being 100 lbs or maybe 98, but is that leaning towards an anorexic figure? I am also getting married in 4 months, which obviously is why I'm really here, lol.

I just think it's extremely unnatural for me to be this large. I tried personalizing my fitness program, but I couldn't click on the chest target area for some reason.

I'm willing to do whatever it takes. I'll exercise 7 days a week for 2 hours at a time if I have to. Please help.

Thanks.

Since that area is mostly fatty tissue, check your diet.

I can't fill out my profile. It keeps saying "null" after I've submitted it.

Hm.. weird... I know they've been having challenges with it... I know they are also upgrading sometime, too.

As Tim says, breast tissue is almost totally fatty tissue. You will experience a loss in breast size with losing fat.
