In one of Arnolds books he says he would do lots & lots of sun tanning to burn the thin layer of fat cells under the skin. I think this is true, My skin does feel thinner when I have a done lots of tanning.
What you think?

as far as i know, the only way to actually remove fat cells from the body is by liposuction. as far as your skin feeling thinner, it is probably due to the loss of sub-q fluids as a result of the tanning.

No, not fat but water. Tanning can help getting rid of some excess water but that's all. AND only if you don't do too much tanning! Because if you tan too much (and with UVB rays) your skin will "burn" , thicken and keep extra water.

It's all about finding the right balance.

BUT the skin and your muscles look a lot nicer with a tan......
