So all of my life I have been skinny and would get cold very easily. Now that I have been on a strict diet and exercise regimen for the past 4 months I am always hot.

Could this be from a faster metabolism and added muscle mass? Has anyone else experienced this?

Burning more calories does indeed mean more energy in the form of heat.

I think you are just too sexy for your shorts:) and it is making you hot:big_smile:

I do find that my temp feels hotter (never actually taken it to check) when I am eating right and working out a lot. I always attribute it to a higher metabolism (it is nice to think it is that, anyhow:)).

You said you had been skinny all your life with low body temps did you ever have your thyroid check to see if you could be hyperthyroid.
I am Hypothyroid and have been for over 20 yrs and I can tell you I use to freeze all the time wear more clothes than everyone else around me, my blood pressure was low as well. When my thyroids in sync I do get more normal body temps and BP still not the so called normal but better for me.
