im working on my abs now and they are coming along well ...im new to this site so ill tell you about myself im 15 5'11" a70 lbs. i have been lifting for about 5 months now....my max bench is only 215 but its coming along.....the thing on here says my body fat is 14% does it need to be less for my abs or is that good? also do those ab wheels work? thanks! well only you can tell if your abs are there are not.. look in the mirror. I don't suppose that you can see much with 14%.. but a bit I would guess? How much fat can you pinch from the lower part of your abs?

well what do i need to get my body fat too? what % and how should i do this what kind of diet?

For men, it's usually around 8%. For women about 14%.

Sh*t! lol. I guess with my current 24% it's gonna take some time then! I hope I can stick with it that long ;¬)

Train hard, eat well, do some cardio and smile at life.
It's a lifestyle not just something for three-four weeks.

According to the FT bodyfat calculator my bf % is 11% at the moment. However I can clearly see my abs when I contract them, and there is very very little I can pinch with my fingers. Only the lower abs do not show as much as the upper ones. But that is probably because most of the bf sits in the lower waist (i suppose) and training the lower abs to be bigger is a little harder than for the upper ones. (btw I only do weights, no cardio whatsoever atm)
