On Monday 4/10/07 I had a life insurance workup, you know they had to weigh me and draw my blood, take my heart rate and all. Anyway my blood pressure was 110/60 and my heart rate was 48bmp. After talking to Amy and making sure these were pretty good numbers, she told me that they are good so I'm happy that all my hard work is paying off and my body is becoming healthier on the inside as well as what I can see. Just thought I would share.
