I just can't figure it out, for the last how many months i have just a huge tummy, but when i flex it is not too bad (except for the unneccessary bodyfat i have to warm it) but I should not be this big, I don't know if it is bloated or what, and then my roommate told me that you can work your abs on the exterior side and the interior side, confused please help
When you work your abs the way of breathing is very important; exhale when you contract your muscles and inhale when you relax. You also need to feel your hips moving when contracting your abs, pushing your lower back against the ground and contracting hard your abs. This way you work from inside and outside....
