I've been eating pretty well for 3 days hitting 40/40/30 ration pretty well. Yesterday I went out and got home really late--5AM (long story).. so I hardly slept. Woke up soooo hungry and ate 1,500 calories just at breakfast and then had 1,000 more calories throughout the day for the total of 2,500 calories. According to FT I need 1,400 to loose fat. The foods I ate weren't too bad.
I also didn't workout today (just too tired). So I've pretty much been sitting and eating all day.
Eating this much food leaves me bloated the next day and I have to go to an event tomorrow and I really wanto to look my best. Any edvice?
Best advice....you can't fix what is done. Do not try to starve yourself to make up for what you did, you will only hurt yourself further. Each meal is an entity in itself. Regardless what you did yesterday, your body still needs to be nourished today. Just get back on the "wagon" and go with your next scheduled meal.
