Best for your tricep and bicep

Hello folks

I have some difficulty in shaping my tricep and bicep muscle. I want some exercise that will isolate my muscle. I will be great if you will give some techniques and style for this part. Thanks!

The best way to get big nice muscles is to never get stucked with the same exercise, sets or weight. It's easy to isolate the biceps with curls or the triceps with cable push downs but if you only do those exercises you'll never get really big results. You got some great descriptions of different exercises for the arms at ft.
Secondly, I have seen great results of building big muscle mass with excentric or negative work. It's not a

Sorry, the send buttom got in my way. What I would say is that it's not always the weight that counts but the WAY you use and mooooove the weight.
For example try next time when doing your biceps start as always, do your usual exercises but the last exercise (when the biceps already hurts a little) you'll do barbell Preacher curls but veeeery very slow....
Don't take too heavy. The first around 4 reps will not burn that much but trust me it will...Stay focused and concentrated and do around 3 sets of 8 reps.
If you can handle the burning (no sharp pain thou!!) you'll get your results. Good luck!

try skull crushers, works great for me. also close grip presses and weighted dips are great for tris. as far as bis go just try to kepp your form and vary your exercises. form is very very important when lifting your bis. lift hard my brotha!

Skull Crushers ROCK! Skull Crushers are great exercise to build the overall Tricep. When working your biceps besure your putting your thumb under the bar instead of gripping it with the thumb over it.
