can anyone help me out with making my bench max go up like
diffent exercises besides barbell or dumvell presses

Those are pretty good exercises. Did you try increasing the weight and decreasing the reps? Tons of reps with light weight won't do it.

Work your triceps and shoulders. Also don't neglect your back muscles, they help stabilize. The best way is to just keep doing it. the results will eventually come if you stick to it.

I sometimes find that if I hit a plateau in bench that I get better results by just moving onto another exercise for a month or two. Dumbbell press, chest, shoulder, tricep routines. Also make sure you aren't over trained. Sometimes it helps to take a week or two off as hard as it can be phychologically.
