Hi, ive been going to the gym for 2 months about 4-5 times a week doing cardio, and about 1-2 times a week doing strength training. I see no difference in the way my body looks and am still the same weight. I'm thinking theres something REALLY wrong with my diet. Help please!

well what is your diet? Only you can monitor that.

You need to add more weight training. Weight training has and will make a BIGGER differance in your body. Even more so that cardio. Persoanlly i'd do weights 3 4 times a week, cardio maybe 3 times.

Theres many "cardio bunnies" at my gym spend countless hours on cardio machines......to no avail. Weight traiaing is more important in fat loss than people think.

why do you not want more muscle? It increase metabolism...and takes up less space than fat,it burn calores all day long. My cousin is 5'2-3 125 and a size 3-4?

Your a woman....I guess from your name....you DO NOT have the test levels to get ......"big" like guys...I assure you.

Hit the weights, sounds like your making excuses

A diet doesn't mean cutting out food. A diet is a meal plan - what you eat. A diet doesn't mean heathly food, but with all the fads out there, the connotation of diet is that its health thing.

Someone who eats Twinkies and ice cream all day has a diet (of Twinkies and ice cream).

Diets can be good or bad.

I had the Twinkie and Ice cream diet when I was hitting my growth spurts because my appetite increased so much. I also had the box of Oreos diet.

try changing up your workout more, and doing more reps when hitting the weights. drink more WATER. Water actually increases your metabolism.

"yea, I saw the movie "Supersize Me". That diet was BS. I was on that diet for 3 years. All it did to me was make me big and strong!"

Try filling out your profile.

We know nothing about you.

List your daily food intake and your workout routine.

Lifting twice a week really isn't sufficient.

You probably aren't as muscly as you think - you have fat marbled into your muscles, so you need to work out to get leaner.
