LOL! That's you man. Somewhere deep in Massachusettes lies a beast of epic proportions, so savage that only the brave of heart can watch it feed on hapless passerbys, beware Savage Nellie!!

Savage, it takes a little time to get used to...just like Thor's Hammer! But once you get used to it, it's a great tricep addition to your routine...

Hehehe, actually I would like to try some of these things like the skull crusher, but since I workout alone, I don't think it'd be a good idea. Actually I can be pretty funny.

Cain, you don't need a spotter! Just go lighter with the weights and if you feel on your last rep. that you can't lift anymore, don't do it...otherwise, it will be a skull crusher.

I may look into it. For some reason I just tend to avoid things like nutcrusher, or skullcrusher, or pretty much anything crusher like.

Actually I was just trying to be funny, but it doesn't surprise me that there is an exercise along those lines..

It is an isolation exercise. For mass, stick with basic, compound movements (curls, cheat curls, etc.). To build the peak on the biceps, I actually prefer concentration curls and hammer curls.

21's.. with Barbell or Dumbbell Curls

it's here on the site.. but basically you do 7 reps of partial reps from bottom to midpoint. then 7 reps from midpoint to top.. then 7 full repetitions.

Great shocking exercises..
