Hey guys..

I am planning on buying some ft stuff from their souvenir collection. I think I'll get the hat and / or tank top!

Has anyone bought anything from them here?

It would be soo sweet to walk down the street one day and see someone wearing the ft logo.. just a matter of time I guess..

Sounds like a good idea. I have lost about 10 lbs and dropped 2 dress sizes since on this program. I have been telling everyone I know about this site and it wouldn't be a bad idea to buy some of the stuff to help support this site. Thanks to FT I think that I will meet my goals long before my deadline and then some.

seanyboy - I'm an older weight lifter and have been leaning out for the last year or so and lost more lean mass than I'd wanted. I started the 12 week mass program but got to where I wanted to be in about 8 weeks so switched over to the 8 week program about a week ago. It doesn't matter how long you've been doing this stuff, it's easy to get into a rut and their programs add enough variety to stay on track. Try one, both that I've done worked better than expected.
