eat right and exercise, being a yankees fan and no profile, and asking the same question thats probably the most posted on this site, the replys you receive will probaly all look like mine. There is a search window at the bottom of each page, type in 6 pack and do some reading, and by the way, GO SOX !!!!!

what i do know is that in order to " see " your 6 pack is that you have to diet correctly, and i mean faithfuly, yes crunches, hanging legs lifts, seated twists, sit-ups and so on and so on will help those tough abdominal muscles and in turn giving you much increased core strength ( core being waist to chest ), but really seeing the abs will reguire a low body fat percentage and proper diet, check out this site yankee, gives you a great list of exercises to start with... http://www.shapefit.com/training-abs.html
Hope that helps. -------------- Let me show you Sweet smell of a delicate whisper Behind the vision of gardens Go and read of your life Tiny ripping at the heart Drunk from a rose |

Fill it out so people can see where you are in training, what your goals are etc etc. This way you will get better responses. And as stated earlier, use the search function at the bottom. There are numerous threads on what to eat etc etc. Search WSSC (if I remember correctly).
Regarding exact routines, use the fitness plan at the top and that should get you on your way. -------------- If in doubt K.I.S.S. |

I actually had a 15 pack on the weekend... but now, sadly, it's a six pack. A six pack is a lot of work and eating healthy. A keg is much easier to get. Trust me!
