Does anyone have any routines to gain mass on your back? I will attend to the Navy but first they told me to lose some weight and do alot of pull-ups, problem is, i have never done a pull-up before in my life!! Does anyone here know any sites that holds a workout plan for the back?
thank you ivan.

This site should have a decent back routine, just look around. Every pull-up routine starts with one...

to really add mass to the back you need the following: The guts and the will to follow thru the workout program. That said if you work out at a gym most gyms have an assisted dip/chin machine that is a great way to start. Also start doign bent rows and deadlifts to really get strong, and work on the lat pull downs do like 3-4 sets easch and try for 8 -10 reps each set.
-------------- IF YOU CAN STILL ITCH YOUR NOSE AFTER ARM DAY, GO DO ANOTHER SET!!!

Seated cable rows, seated Tbar lift, Bent over Dumbell Rows, Bent over Barbell rows. Thows will work also.

Most gyms have a machine that will assist in pull-ups. It is a good way to start your pull-up strength.
