i severly sprained my right ankle last yr&twice again this yr. what should i do to strenghten my ankle?thanx!

Ihad that problem and what worked for me was riding a bike all the time.

I broke my foot when turning my right ankle a couple years ago and it has never been the same since. It can be helped though. Try doing balance boards and resistance bands with ankle movements. It helped my pain, and be sure to where some kind of ankle support when you play games especially.

Try doing tippy toe squats, sguat son your toes. Toe leg preses. These work your calves alot, however also work the muscle that runs along the shine to the foot. This will help stablize the foot. I'd suggest gettinga way form wearing some kind of ancel brass, it supports it, however dosen't make the ancle work and support the foot itself.
